Media 5 Mile Race

REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1 and SELLS OUT at 1,800.

Join us for the 2025 Media 5 Mile Race! A USATF certified challenging two-loop course through the beautiful residential and business areas of Media Pennsylvania. Race start & finish located in the middle of historic downtown State Street. Virtual 5 Mile Race: Participants not comfortable or available to run on Friday night are encouraged to complete the virtual 5 Mile Race. This entitles you to a t-shirt and medal to be picked up at the Media Community Center during bib pick-up hours (see below). Instructions will come in advance of race day on how to submit your race results.

Due to the inconsistency between courses, please note that virtual participants will not be eligible for overall or age group awards.

Kids’ Free Fun Runs: Start at 6:00pm at Barrall Park and Field, State & Edgemont Sts. across from Media Elementary. Online pre-sign up available.

Main Race: Starts at 7:00pmAwards & Street Party immediately after Race on Veterans Square. Includes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd placers, Male & Female; 1st Place Male & Female Masters (40+) Top 3 Male & Female runners in 8 age groups (10-year groups) Please note that we will not be offering refunds in the event that you need to cancel your registration. If your plans change, you may transfer your registration to another runner with no additional charge.
