Show Opening reception: March 1, 5 PM to 7 PM
Full Show Dates: March 1 – April 21
This exhibit will feature artifacts, art, and photography from the permanent collection of the Delaware County Historical Society — as well as a juried selection of photographs from the past 10 years that capture Delaware County today through the lens of its residents.
The exhibition is juried by Claudia Buchanan, an artist and art educator who lives and works in Delaware County. Claudia says, “I’m happy to curate a show that will bring photographs out of the Historical Society into the public eye. It’s interesting to see what has changed over the past hundred years and what has not, and I’m excited to share that with the community.”
Claudia has shown works in solo and group shows throughout Pennsylvania, including exhibitions curated by the Speer Gallery, the State Museum in Harrisburg, Moore College of Art and Design, and The Plastic Club.
